The T89C51CC02CA-RATIM is designed as one member of the CANary family of 8-bit microcontrollers dedicated to CAN network applications, it is a low-pin count 8-bit Flash microcontroller. In X2 Mode a maximum external clock rate of 20MHz reaches a 300ns cycle time.
It has many features. (1)80C51 core architecture. (2)256 bytes of on-chip RAM. (3)256 bytes of on-chip XRAM. (4)16K bytes of on-chip flash memory which means data retention: 10 years at 85°C and erase /write cycle: 100K. (5)2K bytes of on-chip flash for bootloader. (6)2K bytes of on-chip EEPROM which means erase /write cycle: 100K. (7)14-sources 4-level interrupts. (8)Three 16-bit timers /counters. (9)Full duplex UART compatible 80C51. (10)Maximum crystal frequency 40MHz. In X2 mode, 20MHz (CPU core, 40MHz). (11)Three or four ports: 16 or 20 digital I/O lines. And so on.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded as follow. (1)Its operating temperature industrial would be from -40°C to 85°C. (2)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to +150°C. (3)Its voltage on Vcc from Vss would be from -0.5V to +6V. (4)Its voltage on any pin from Vss would be from -0.5V to Vcc+0.2V. (5)Its power dissipation would be 1W. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
