TC5051P General Description

TC5051P is a kind of 4 digital decade counter with blanking control. The contents of the counter are dynamically output digit by digit in sequence from the higher-order digit to BCD OUTPUT. It has BLANKING CONTROL input which facilitates the leading zero suppress operation for higher order digits than arbitrary digit position.

What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings. The supply voltage (VDD) is from VSS-0.5 to VSS+14 V. The input voltage (VIN) is from VSS-0.5 to VDD+0.5 V. The output voltage (VOUT) is from VSS-0.5 to VDD+0.5 V. The IIN (DC input current) is ±10 mA. The power dissipation (Topr=70 ) (PD) is 300 mW.The soldering temperature (Tsol) is 260 (10 sec). The storage temperature (Tstg) is from -65 to +150.

The following is about the recommended operating conditions (VSS=0). The minimum VDD (supply voltage) is 3 V and the maximum is 12 V. The minimum VIN (input voltage) is 0 and the maximum is VDD V.
