The TLP3560 is designed as toshiba photocoupler which consists of a GaAs infrared LED optically coupled to photo-triac and main triac in a 4 pin plastic SIP package.
It has seven features. (1)Its peak off-state voltage would be 400V min. (2)Trigger LED current is 10mA max (3)On-state current would be 2Arms max. (4)Isolation voltage would be 2500Vrms min. (5)Nonrepetitive surge current would be 12A peak at 1 cycle max. (6)Its isolation creepage path would be 6.4mm min. (7)Distance between T1 and T2 would be min 3.5mm. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its forward current would be 50mA. (2)Its peak forward current would be 1A. (3)Its reverse voltage would be 5V. (4)Its off-state output terminal voltage would be 400V. (5)Its on-state RMS current would be 2.0A. (6)Its peak current from snubber circuit would be 2A. (7)Its peak nonrepetitive surge current would be 12A. (8)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to 125°C. (9)Its operating temperature range would be from -30°C to 85°C. (10)Its lead soldering temperature would be 260°C. (11)Its isolation voltage would be 2500Vrms. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some individual electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its forward voltage would be min 1.0V and typ 1.15V and max 1.3V. (2)Its reverse current would be max 10uA. (3)Its LED capacitance would be 30pF typ. (4)Its peak off-state current would be max 100uA. (5)Its holding current would be typ 25mA. (6)Its peak on-state voltage would be max 3.0V.
