U2781B General Description
The programmable frequency synthesizer IC U2781B forµP-controlled applications is realized with AtmelWireless & Microcontrollers' advanced UHF processwhich is very suitable for combinations of fast ECL logicand low-current I2L logic. The benefits are high inputsensitivity combined with low power consumption andtherefore small packages (SSO20). This makes thedevice a perfect choice for cordless phones and handheldcellular radio sets up to 1.1 GHz.
