The W27C020P-70 is a kind of high speed, low power electrically erasable and programmable read only memory organized as 262144*8 bits. It operates on a single 5 volt power supply and provides an electrical chip erase function. It is available in 32-pin PLCC package.
There are some features. (1) high speed access time: 70 nS (max); (2) read operating current: 30 mA (max.); (3) erase/programming operating current: 30 mA (max.); (4) standby current: 1 mA (max.); (5) +14 V erase/+12V programming voltage; (6) fully static operation; (7) all inputs and outputs directly TTL/CMOS compatible; (8) three-state outputs.
What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings. (1): voltage on all Pins with respect to ground except VCC, VPP and A9 pins is from -0.5 to VCC +0.5; (2): voltage on VCC pin with respect to ground is from -0.5 to +7 V; (3): voltage on VPP pin with respect to ground is from -0.5 to +14.5 V; (4): voltage on A9 pin with respect to ground is from -0.5 to +14.5 V; (5): storage temperature is from -65 to +150; (6): ambient temperature with power applied is from -55 to +125.
