for a month i ve been trying to for an RMA, Mary refuses to give me one, we are trying to do test but we cannot because IC is DEAD... The parts are counterfeit. Tek# is no good but email of Mary is , please HELP us!!! They do not even try to help us...we are loosing $1000.00 of dollars aday...
