There are two parts total amount $12000. Before Robert paid by TT, Kinsuson Technology Co., Limited him the parts they offered were new and original. They would refund if parts didn't work. After Robert received the goods, tested them and the report shows the goods are not available and badly damaged. More than two months has past, Kinsuson still not refund or present any solution.
