Linear Technology Corporation has released LT3545. The component contains a 500mA IOUT, a 36V buck switching voltage regulators and an integrated LDO. It adopts 3mm x 3mm QFN or MSOP-12E package. LT3645 has 55V transient protection when it works in the VIN range of 3.6V~36V, which is very suitable for load dump and cold start in automobile application.
