Dialog plans to use Intrinsic-ID on-chip security technology

Fabless chip company Dialog Semiconductor plc announced that they had integrated security technology into its SC14453S voice-over-IP processor from startup Intrinsic-ID BV. TSMC increases capex between $8 billion and $8.5 billion

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. plans to raise its capex between $8 billion and $8.5 billion in 2012.
