The D15557FN is one member of the D15557 family which designed as the planar silicon transistor. It has two points of features:high collector-base voltage(VCBO=1500V) and high speed switching. The absolute maximum ratings of the D15557FN can be summarized as:(1)collector-base voltage:1500 V;(2)collector-emitter voltage:1500 V;(3)emitter-base voltage:6 V;(4)collector current (DC):5 A;(5)collector dissipation (Tc=25):50 W;(6)junction temperat-ure:150;(7)storage temperature:-50 to 150.
