Description

The D15XB60 is designed as the schottky dual differential line receiver that has been specifically designed to satisfy the requirements of EIA Standards RS-422 and RS-423.The D15XB60 is suitable for use as a line receiver in digital data systems, using either single ended or differential, unipolar or bipolar transmission and requires a single 5V power supply and has Schottky TTL compatible outputs.

Features of the D15XB60 are:(1)dual channel;(2)single 5V supply;(3)satisfies EIA standards RS-422 and RS423;(4)built-in ±35 mV hysteresis;(5)high input common mode voltage range;(6)high input impedance;(7)TTL compatible outputs;(8)schottky technology;(9)extended temperature range.
