The JQC-16F is designed as automotive relay. Its typical applications include door locking systems, immobilizers, seat adjustment, seatbelt prevention, sunproof, window motors control, power door & windows.
It has five features. The first one is that its would be silent version would be also available. The next one is that it would have 20A switching capability. The next one is that it would have extremely small relay. The next one is that it would be slim 1C type & twin type available. The next one is that it would have two separate systems for twin type. That are all the main features.
Some important specifications have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its insulation resistance which would be 100M at 500Vdc. The next one is about its dielectric strength which would be 500VAC between coil & contacts and would be 500VAC between open contacts. The next one is about its operate time (at nomi. volt.) which would be 3ms typ. The next one is about its release time (at nomi. volt.) which would be 1.3ms typ. The next one is about its shock resistance which would be 300m/s2 for functional and would be 450m/s2 for destructive. The next one is about its vibration resistance which would be from 10Hz to 55Hz 1.5mm and 55 to 200Hz, 100m/s2. The next one is about its ambient temperature which would be from -40°C to 85°C. The next one is about its termination which would be PCB. The next one is about its unit weight which would be approx. 5g and twin 10g. The next one is about its construction which would be sealed IP67.
