M5220L General Description
The M5220L is a semiconductor integrated circuit designed for a preamamplifier in audio euipment of stereo and cassette tape decks.Two low-noise operational amplifier circuits displaying internal phase-compensated high gain and low distortion are contained in a 8-pin SIP,DIP or FP, suitable for application as an equalizer and tone control amplifier of stereo equipment and cassette tape decks.
Features of the M5220L are:(1)low noise ; (2)high voltage; (3)low PHONO maximum input voltage; (4)high gain, low distortion; (5)high slew rate; (6)high load current, high power distortion.
The absolute maximum ratings of the M5220L can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage(Vcc) is ±25 V; (2): load current(ILP) is ±50 mA; (3): differential input voltage (Vid) is ±30 V; (4): common input voltage(Vic) is ±22.5V; (5): power dissipation(Pd) is 800(DIP) mW; (6): ambient temperature(Topr) is -20 to +75; (7): storage temperature(Tstg) is -55 to +125.
