M65832SP General Description

The M65832SP is a CMOS IC designed for VCR karaoke applications. The IC has a music blank detector, which is necessary for lead-in detection on VCR, as well as echo effects, which are added to voice signals picked up by microphone. There are some features as follows. First is built-in input/output low pass filters, A-D, D-A converters, and memory facilitate forming of digital echo system. The second is four channels of line inputs: Hi-Fi, L,R and normal, each provided with bass booster. Then is MIX output for after encoding. Next is built-in mixer for mixing microphone, echo and line signals. At last, it includes power on reset circuit.

What comes next is about the maximum ratings. The VCC (supply voltage) is 6.5 V. The ICC (circuit current) is 100 mA. The Pd (power dissipation) is 1.4 W. The Topr (operating temperature) is from -20 to +75. The Tstg (storage temperature) is from -40 to +125.
