The MP7682JN is a type of 6-bit monolithic CMO single step flash analog-to-digital converter, which is used in precisi on 6-bit application in video,scanning and data acquisition requiring conversion rates to 15MHz.Differential linearity is 50mW,typical.The MP7682JN has a unique input architecture which eliminates the requirement for an input track and hold and accepts full scale input ranges from about 1 to 5 volts peak-to-peak, referred to ground or offset. The simply sets VREF(-) and VREF(+) to encompass the desired input range.
Features of the MP7682JN are:(1)sampling rates from 0.001 to 15 MHz(MSPS);(2)interface to any analog input range between GND and VDD;(3)monotonic: no missing codes;(4)single power supply(4 to 6Volt);(5)single power CMOS(1 50mW typ);(6)ESD protection:2000 volt minimum;(7)latch-up free.
