PE4220 General Description

      The PE4210 UltraCMOS^TM RF Switch is designed for a wide range of applications from near DC to 2500 MHz. This single-supply switch integrates on-board CMOS control logic driven by a simple, single-pin CMOS or TTL compatible control input. With a nominal +3-volt power supply, a typical input 1 dB compression point of +22 dBm can be achieved. The PE4210 also exhibits input-output isolation of better than 37 dB at 1000 MHz and is offered in a small 8-lead MSOP package.
     It has six unique features. The first one is single 3-volt power supply. The second one is very low Insertion loss: 0.25 dB at1000 MHz. The third one is high isolation of 35 dB at 1000 MHz,25 dB at 2000 MHz. The forth one is typical input 1 dB compression point of +22.5 dBm. The fifth one is single-pin CMOS or TTL logic control. The sixth one is packaged in a small 8-lead MSOP.
    There are also some electrical specifications (which is under the condition of +25 °C, VDD = 3 V (ZS = ZL = 50 ))about it . Operating Frequency1 is 2500 MHz max. Insertion Loss is 0.25dB typ , 0.35 dB max under the condition of 1000 MHz . Return Loss is 17.5 dB min , 19 dB typ under the condition of 1000 MHz .Video Feedthrough2 is 5.0 mVpp.Input 1 dB Compression is 20 dBm min and 22.5 dBm typ under the condition of 2000 MHz.
    At last , some absolute maximum ratings are given to you for better understanding . Power Supply Voltage(V_DD) is -0.3 V min and 4.0 V max.Voltage on any input (V_I ) is -0.3 V min and V_DD + 0.3 V max.Storage temperature range (T_ST) is -65°C min and150 °C max .Operating temperature range(T_OP) is -40°Cmin and 85 °C max.Input power (50 )(PIN ) is 25 dBm. ESD Voltage (Human Body Model)(V_ESD) is 250 V.
