QM100DY-HB General Description
The QM100DY-HB is one member of the QM100 family which designed as the high power switching use non-insulated type that can be used in AC motor controllers, UPS, CVCF, Inverters, DC motor controllers, NC equipment, welders. Features of the QM600HD-M are:(1)collector current:100 A;(2)collector-emitter voltage:600 V;(3)DC current gain:750;(4)non-insulated type.
