The QT1100A-ISG is designed as 10 key QTouch sensor IC with typical applications of PC peripherals, television controls, instrument panels, appliance controls, pointing devices and gaming machines.
It has many features.The first one is that it would have 10 independent touch sensing fields.The second one is that it would have 100% autocal for life - no adjustments required.The third one is it would have SPI and UART serial interfaces.The fourth one is it would have scanport output - simulates a membrane keypad.The fifth one is that it would have simple external per channel passive circuit.The sixth one is that it would have user-defined setups of operating parameters.The seventh one is that it would have 3.3V~5.0V single supply operation.The eighth one is it would have AKS adjacent key suppression for tight key layouts.The ninth one is it would have sleep mode for low power operation.The tenth one is that it would have spread spectrum modulated bursts - superior noise rejection.The next one is sync pin for superior mains frequency noise rejection.The next one is it would have FMEA compliant design features - self detects faults.The next one is it have lower per key cost than many mechanical switches.The last one is it would have lead-free package.That are all the features.
Some absolute maximum specifications have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its operating temperature which would be from -40 to +85°C.The second one is about its storage temperature which would be from -50 to +125°C.The third one is about its Vdd which would be from -0.3 to +5.5V.The fourth one is about its max continuous pin current, any control or drive pin which would be ±20mA.The fifth one is about its short circuit duration to ground or Vdd, any pin which would be infinite.The sixth one is about its voltage forced onto any pin which would be from -0.3V to (Vdd + 0.3) Volts.For the recommended operating conditions The first one is about its Vdd which would be from +3.3 to +5.0V.The second one is about its fosc (resonator) which would be 12MHz.The third one is about its short-term supply ripple+noise which would be ±5mV/s.The fourth one is about its long-term supply stability which would be ±100mV.The fifth one is about its Cs range which would be from 1 to 100nF.The last one is about its Cx range which would be from 0 to 100pF.And so on.For more information please contact us.
