The TC90A11F is designed as toshiba bipolar linear integrated circuit silicon monolithic for multi system 3DIM. DNR IC (for VCR).
It has nine features. (1)Built-in 2 channels A/D converters (for luma & for chroma). (2)Built-in 2 channels D/A converters. (3)Multi system, NTSC, PAL and NTSC on PAL. (4)Built-in the clock generaters. (5)Built-in the digital H-PLL circuit and the digital V-PLL circuit. (6)3 kinds of NR syste,, frame comb, field comb, line comb (for trick mode). (7)Applicable 2Mbit memory IC. (8)Built-in the digital CTI (color detail enhancer). (9)I2C control. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be from -0.3V to +6.0V. (2)Its input voltage would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. (3)Its power dissipation would be 1.75W. (4)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to 125°C. (5)Its operating temperature range would be from -10°C to 75°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its supply current would be max 165mA. (2)Its threshold of high level would be min 2.4V for pin A and pin B and would be min 4.0V for pin C and would be min 0.5Vdd+0.3V for pin 59 and would be 1/6Vdd+0.2V for pin 58. (3)Its threshold of low level would be max 0.8V for pin A and pin B and would be max 1.0V for pin C and would be max 0.5Vdd-0.3V for pin 59 and would be max 1/6Vdd-0.2V for pin 58. (4)Its input current high would be min -10uA and max +10uA. (5)Its output high level would be min 2.4V. (6)Its output low level would be max 0.6V. (7)Its hysteresis level would be typ 0.4V. (8)Its operating frequency range would be min 3.47MHz and typ 3.58MHz to 4.43MHz and max 4.58MHz. And so on.
