TC9090AF

The TC9090AF is designed as one kind of multicolor system version 3-line digital Y/C separation ICs which separate luminance (Y) and chrominance (C) signals from a multicolor system composite video signal.TC9090AFemploys the toshiba logic comb filter to realize high performance Y/C separation at low cost.

TC9090AF has many features. (1)TV systems: NTSC, PAL, N-PAL, M-PAL, 4.43NTSC. (2)PLL 4x multiplication circuit. (3)Sync tip clamping circuit. (4)Internal 8bit A/D converter. Some absolute maximum ratings of TC9090AF have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power supply voltage would be from Vss to Vss+6.0V. (2)Its input voltage would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. (3)Its power dissipation would be 600mW. (4)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 125°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
