The TLE6215G-A2 is one type of TLE6215G. The following is some informaton about the TLE6215G. It is a kind of double channel low-side-switch in Smart Power Technology (SPT) with two seperate inputs and two open drain DMOS output stages. The device is fully protected by embedded protection functions and designed for automotive and industrial applications. The typical applications include all kinds of resistive and inductive load (relays, electromagnetic valves), C compatible power switch solenoid control switch in automotive and industrial control systems.
