TLE6284G General Description

      TLE6284G has following features:(1)Integrated bootstrap diodes;(2)Shoot through protection;(3)Thermal overload warning for driver IC;(4)2 bit diagnosis;(5)Input with TTL characteristics;(6)Fast disable function/Inhibit for low quiescent current;(7)Reverse polarity protection for the driver IC;(8)Driver undervoltage shut down;(9)Short circuit protection for each Mosfet can be disabled and adjusted;(10)Deactivation of dead time and shoot through protection possible;(11)Adjustable dead time with shoot through protection;(12)Low EMC sensitivity and emission;(13)Operates down to 7.5V supply voltage;(14)PWM frequency up to 50kHz;(15)PWM DIR - Interface;(16)Compatible to very low ohmic normal level input N-Channel MOSFETs.
      Application of TLE6284G are:(1)Dedicated for DC-brush high current motor bridges in PWM control mode for 12, 24 and 42V powernet applications.(2)The input structure allows an easy control of a DC-brush motor.
      The TLE6184G is very similar to the TLE6281G. The major difference is that the Short Circuit protection level of the TLE6284G can be adjusted by external resistors or even disabled. The pin outs are different as well.
      Maximum Ratings at Tj=-40.+150°C unless specified otherwise:(1)Supply voltage:-4 to 60V;(2)Operating temperature range:-40 to 150;(3)Storage temperature range:-55 to 150;(4)Electrostatic discharge voltage:2KV;(5)Thermal resistance junction-ambient(minimal footprint with thermal vias):75K/W;(6)Thermal resistance junction-ambient:75K/W.
