TP3009 General Description
The TP3009 is designed as one kind of UHF linear power transistors,it is also designed for 900 MHz ,12.5 V base stations in both analog and digital applications.It incorporates high value emitter ballast resistors,gold metallizations and offers a high degree of reliability and ruggedness.Features of this type of product are:900 MHz,0.75 W-Pout,12.5 V-Vcc and high gain-7.5 dB min,class AB.
