The TQ5631 is a 3V, RFAmplifier/Mixer IC designed specifically for PCS band CDMA applications. It's RF performance meets the requirements of products designed to the IS-95 standards. The TQ5631 is designed to be used with the TQ3631 (CDMA LNA) which provides a complete CDMA receiver for 1900MHz phones.
The RFA/Mixer incorporates on-chip switches which determine gain select states. When used with the TQ3631 (CDMA LNA), four gain steps are available. The RF input port is internally matched to 50 Ω, greatly simplifying the design and keeping the number of external components to a minimum. The TQ5631 achieves good RF performance with low current consumption, supporting long standby times in portable applications. Coupled with the very small SOT23-8 package, the part is ideally suited for PCS band mobile phones.

TQ5635 General Description
The TQ5635 is an LNA-Downconverter optimized for use in the Korea CDMA PCS bands. The integrated LNA has a single high gain mode that provides over 15 dB of gain, and features very low NF and excellent IP3. An external resistor controls LNA bias, making LNA Idd adjustable. The integrated mixer features very high IP3 and provision for external adjustment of gain, IP3, and Idd. Because of the external LO tuning inductor, IF's in the range of 85 to 200Mhz can be used. The excellent RF performance with low current coupled with very small lead-less plastic package is ideally suited for PCS band mobile phone.

TQ5M31 General Description
The TQ5M31 is a general purpose RFIC mixer downconverter designed for multiple applications including worldwide cellular and PCS mobile phones, ISM bands, GPS receivers, L band satellite terminals, WLAN and pagers. The TQ5M31 is usable for applications with an RF frequency range from 500 to 2500 MHz, and an IF output range from 45 to 500 MHz. The integrated circuit requires minimal off-chip matching, while allowing for the maximum application flexibility. Low current drain makes this part ideal for portable, battery operated applications. The output third order intercept efficiency is very high.
