015AZ24

The 015AZ24 is designed silicon diode epitaxial planar type with constant voltage regulation applications.

It has two features. (1)Small package. (2)Nominal voltage tolerance of about ±2.5%. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power dissipation would be 150mW. (2)Its junction temperature would be 125°C. (3)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to +125°C. It should be noted that using continuously under heavy loads (e.g. the application of high temperature/ current/ voltage and the significant change in temperature, etc.) may cause this product to decrease in the reliability significantly even if the operating conditions (i.e. operating temperature /current /voltage, etc.) are within the absolute maximum ratings.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its zener voltage would be min 22.8V and max 24.11V for X and would be min 23.61V and max 24.92V for Y and would be 24.42V and 25.60V for Z at zener current of 5mA. It should be noted that the test time would be 30ms. (2)Its dynamic impedance would be max 40 ohms at Iz=5mA. (3)Its knee dynamic impedance would be max 200 ohms with zener current of 0.5mA. (4)Its reverse current would be max 0.5uA at reverse voltage of 19V.
