Some absolute maximum ratings of 015AZ24 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power dissipation would be 150mW. (2)Its junction temperature would be 125°C. (3)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to +125°C. It should be noted that using continuously under heavy loads (e.g. the application of high temperature/ current/ voltage and the significant change in temperature, etc.) may cause this product to decrease in the reliability significantly even if the operating conditions (i.e. operating temperature /current /voltage, etc.) are within the absolute maximum ratings.
Also some electrical characteristics of 015AZ24 are concluded as follow. (1)Its zener voltage would be min 22.8V and max 24.11V for X and would be min 23.61V and max 24.92V for Y and would be 24.42V and 25.60V for Z at zener current of 5mA.
