100304D

The 100304D is designed as monolithic quint AND/NAND gate. The function output is the wire-NOR of all five AND gate outputs. All inputs have 50 k pull-down resistors.

100304D has six features. (1) Low power operation. (2) 2000V ESD protection. (3) Pin / function compatible with 100104. (4) Voltage compensated operating range = -4.2V to -5.7V. (5) Available to industrial grade temperature range. (6) Available to standard microcircuit drawing (SMD) 5962-9153701. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of 100304D have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to +150°C. (2) Its maximum junction temperature would be 150°C. (3) Its Vee pin protential to ground pin would be from -7.0V to +0.5V. (4) Its input voltage DC would be from Vee to +0.5V. (5) Its output current DC output high would be -50mA. (6) Its ESD would be >= 2000V. (7) Its recommended case temperature would be from 0°C to +85°C for commercial and would be from -40°C to +85°C for industrial. (8) Its recommended supply voltage would be from -5.7V to -4.2V. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some DC electrical characteristics about 100304D. (1) Its output high voltage would be min -1025mV and max -870mV with condition of Vin=Vih (max). (2) Its output low voltage would be min -1830mV and max -1620mV with condition of Vin=Vih (max). (3) Its output high voltage would be min -1035mV with condition of Vin=Vih (min). (4) Its output low voltage would be max -1610mV with condition of Vin=Vih (min). (5) Its input high voltage would be min -1165mV and max -870mV.
