The 11C01 is a voltage-compensated ECL dual 5-4input or/nor gate.The circuit has standard internal voltage compensation with DC parameters identical to 10K ECL devices.

The absolute maximum ratings of the 11C01 can be summarized as:(1)storage temperature:-65 to +150;(2)maximum junction temperature(T_j):+150;(3)supply voltage range:-7.0V to GND;(4)input voltage(DC):V_EE to GND;(5)output current(DC output high):-50mA;(6)operating range:-5.5V to -4.75V;(7)lead temperature(soldering 10 sec.):300.
