DescriptionThe 1.5KE7.5 is designed has a peak pulse power rating of 1500 watts for one millisecond. It can protect intergrated circuit, hybrids, CMOS, MOS and other voltage sensitive components in a board range of applications such as telecommunications, power supplies, computer, automotive,and industrial equipment.
1.5KE7.5 has many features. The first one is it would be of economical series. The second one is available in both unidirectional and bidirectional construction. The third one is 6.8 to 440 stand-off volts available. The fourth one is 1500 watts peak pulse power dissipation. The fifth one is excellent clamping capability. The sixth one is quick response. The seventh one is UL recognized file # E222849. The seventh one is case material: molded plastic. UL flammability classification rating 94V-0. That are all the main features.
Some maximum ratings of 1.5KE7.5 have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its peak pulse dissipation which would be 1500W.
