1N4772A has three features. (1) Zener voltage 9.1V +/- 5%. (2) Temperature coefficient range is 0.01%/°C to 0.0005%/°C. (3) Radiation hardened devices available. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of 1N4772A have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its operating temperature range is from -65°C to +175°C. (2) Its DC power dissipation would be 250 mW. (3) Its power derating is 2 mW/°C above 50°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
