This Zener Voltage Reguator 1N4996 series is military qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/356 and is ideal for high-reliability applications wherea failure cannot be to erated. These industry-recognized 5 Watt Zener Voltage Regulators 1N4996 are hermetically sealed with voidless-glass cnstruction using an internal metallurgical bond.
