1N Series

      1N Series (Point Contact Diodes) is S - X Band Point Contact Mixer Diodes, which is designed for applications from S-Band through X-Band. Each one in this series is in a cartridge package specially designed for low noise figure performance. And these diodes  optimizedused for low noise figure and wide bandwidth by employing epitaxial silicon in single or multiple device mixer applications.
      The 1N Series is low Noise Figured and having a wide bandwidth as well as mechanical reliability. And the device is suitable for use in waveguide, coaxial and stripline applications. There are some other ratings to be known, operating temperature(-55°C to+150°C) and storage temperature (-65°C to +200°C). When test the characteristics of 1N Series, there are some Conditions, for matched Fwd pair use suffix M after P/N, for reverse device use suffix R, for matched Fwd and Rev use suffix MR.
