      The ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS of the 20FL2CZ51A are Repetitive Peak Reverse Voltage is 300V;Average Output Rectified Current is 20A;Peak One Cycle Surge Forward Current (Sine Wave) is 100 (50Hz)A;Junction Temperature is -40~150°C;Storage Temperature Range is -40~150°C.The absolute maximum ratings denote the absolute maximum ratings, which are rated values and must not be exceeded during operation, even for an instant. The following are the general derating methods that we recommend when you design a circuit with 20FL2CZ51A.
