      The 210R series is designed as multi-terminal resistor chip offers the hybrid designer a component that provides a wide range of resistance values on a single chip.Bonging pads segment the total resistance into five single elements of resistance and seven 5X elements of resistance enabling the combination to cover the resistance range from 800 ohms to 240K ohms.
      Some electrical specifications have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its TCR which would be from 0 to -250ppm/°C max with condition of -55°C to +125°C.The second one is about its operating voltage which would be 100Vdc max with condition of -55°C to +125°C.The third one is about its package power rating (per resistor) which would be 250mw with condition of @ 70°C (derate linearly to zero @ 150°C).The fourth one is about its thermal shock which would be ±0.25% @ R max with condition of method 107 MIL-STD-202F.The next one is about its high temperature exposure which would be ±0.25% R max with condition of 100 Hrs @ 150°C ambient.The next one is about its moisture resistance which would be ±0.5% R max with condition of method 106 MIL-STD-202F.The next one is about its life which would be ±0.5% R max with condition of method 108 MIL-STD-202F (125°C/1000hr).The next one is about its noise which would be -20dB with condition of method 308 MIL-STD-202F.The next one is about its insulation resistance which would be 10E12 min with condition of @ 25°C.The next one is about its total resistance which would be min 800 and max 240000.The next one is about its nominal / single element of resistance which would be min 20 and max 6000.The next one is about its substrate which would be silicon 10±2 mils thick.The next one is about its isolation layer which would be Si02 100,000Å thick, min.The next one is about its backing which would be lapped (gold optional).The next one is about its metalization which would be aluminum 10,000Å thick, min (15,000Å gold optional).And so on.For more information please contact us.
