214 SERIES

      The 214 SERIES is a kind of  FILAMENT REPLACEMENT LEDs - BA9s.  Filament Replacement LEDs have been specifically designed to meet the primary objective of providing improved reliability. As this product range is suitable for both new-build and retro-fit, (sometimes in very old systems), a wide range of illuminated push button switches and lamp holders can be encountered.
      First introduce some lens characteristics. Its two highlights are the Single-Chip LEDs and the Flat-topping. On one hand, all devices feature water clear high intensity LEDs as standard, which provides even distribution of light output and effective illumination of most lens types. In addition, the flat-topping also reduces the 'hot spot' effect, which is generally undesirable. On the other hand, all single chip LED devices have been modified by the removal of the domed portion of the encapsulation (flat-topped) to provide even illumination of switches and annunciators.
      Next is some technical information about the 214 series. Its Lamp Base Style is Bayonet Automobile Cap T3¼ Ba9s ,and its Metric Equivalent is 10 mm, the Voltage Range has two groups data: one is 24v  and 8 - 24 Vdc, the other is 110v  and 50-130 Vdc. The Maximum Power Dissipation is 625(mW).

Second,typical emission colour: cool white x=0.31, y=0.32. Intensities (iv) and colour shades of white (x,y co-ordinates) may vary between LEDs within abatch.Third, products must be derated when used above 45°C. Fourth, warm White LEDs may be used behind coloured lens as a true replacement for a filament lamp.
