2303-SK

The 2303-SK is designed as SPDT reflective switch module with TTL driver.

It has four features. The first one is it would have 2 to 18GHz frequency coverage. The second one is it would have internal TTL driver. The third one is it would have high isolation. The fourth one is it would have hermetic package. That are all the main features.

Some guaranteed specifications have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its frequency range which would be from 2 to 18GHz. The second one is about its insertion loss which would be 1.4dB max from 2 to 4GHz and would be 2.0dB max from 4 to 8GHz and would be 2.5dB max from 8 to 12GHz and would be 2.9dB max from 12 to 18GHz. The third one is about its 1.7:1 max from 2 to 4GHz and would be 1.8:1 max from 4 to 8GHz and would be 1.9:1 max from 8 to 12GHz and would be 2.0:1 max from 12 to 18GHz. The fourth one is about its isolation which would be 55dB min from 2 to 4GHz and would be 55dB min from 4 to 8GHz and would be 50dB min from 8 to 12GHz and would be 50dB min from 12 to 18GHz.

Also some operating characteristics about it. The first one is about its impedance which would be 50ohms nominal. The second one is about its switching time which would be 100 nsec max and 50 nsec typ. The third one is about its input power for 1dB compression which would be +13dBm typ. The fourth one is about its bias voltage which would be +5Vdc at 75mA max and would be -12Vdc at 50mA max. The fifth one is about its pin configuration which means RF IN:P8, RF1:P1, RF2:P7, CONTROL 1:P2, CONTROL 2:P3, +5Vdc:P5, -12Vdc:P6, GND:P4.
