The 244NQ high current Schottky rectifier modules have been optimized for extremely low forward voltage drop, with higher leakage. The proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 125° C junction temperature. Typical applications of 244NQ are in switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes, welding and reverse battery protection.
