The 2SC4672 is designed as the low frequency transistor (50V, 3A) device that has three points of features:(1)Low saturation voltage, typically VCE (sat) =0.1V at IC/IB =1A /50mA; (2)Excellent DC current gain characteristics; (3)Complements the 2SA1797.

The absolute maximum ratings of the 2SC4672 can be summarized as:(1)collector-base voltage: 60 V;(2)collector-emitter voltage: 50 V;(3)emitter-base voltage: 6.0 V;(4)collector current: 3 or 6 A;(5)junction temperature: 150 ;(6)storage temperature: -55 to +150 ;(7)Collector power dissipation: 0.50 or 2 W.
