      The 2SD2558 is a Silicon NPN Triple Diffused Planar Transistor designed for Series Regulator and General Purpose.
      The absolute maximun ratings of the 2SD2558 are at Ta=25°C, Collecto to Base Voltage VCBO is 200V;Collector to Emitter Voltage VCEO is 200V;Emitter to Base Voltage VEBO is 6 V;Collector Current IC is 5A;collector power dissipation is 60W(Tc=25°C);Junction temperature 150°C maxnimum;Storage temperature is -55 to +150°C.
      The 2SD2558 incorporates six basic functions of the Ethernet Transceiver, including receiving, transmitting, collision signaling, collision detection, jabber timing, and the heartbeat function. Refer to Figure 1 for a general system block diagram.This document states the current technical specifications regarding the Spansion product(s) described herein.
