2SK1584-T1

The 2SK1584-T1 (one member of the 2SK1584 family) is designed as one kind of N-channel vertical type MOS FET Array that can be driven by 5 V power supply. This device has excellent switching characteristics and is suitable for use as a high-speed switching device in digital circuits. Features of this device are:(1)directly driven by ICs having a 5 V power supply;(2)has low on-state resistance: RDS(on)= 2.0 max. @ VGS=4.0 V, ID=0.3 A;(3)possible to reduce the number of parts by omitting the bias resistor;(4)not necessary to consider driving current because of its high input impedance.
