2SK2799

      The 2SK2799 is designed as N-channel enhancement type with typical applications of switching power supply of AC 100V input, high voltage power supply and inverter.
      2SK2799 has three features.The first one is that its input capacitance (Ciss) would be small and especially input capacitance at 0 biass would be small.The second one is that its static Rds(on) would be small.The third one is that its switching time would be fast.That are all the features.
      Some absolute maximum ratings of 2SK2799 (Tc=25°C unless otherwise specified) have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its storage temperature which would be from -55 to 150 .The second one is about its channel temperature which would be 150 .The third one is about its drain to source voltage which would be 350 V.The fourth one is about its gate to source voltage which would be ±30V.The fifth one is about its continuous drain current (DC) which would be 10A.The sixth one is about its continuous drain current (Peak) which would be 30A.The seventh one is about its continuous source current (DC) which would be 10A.The eighth one is about its total power dissipation which would be 50 W.The last one is about its single pulse avalanche current which would be 10A.
      Also there are some important electrical characteristics at Tc = 25°C (unless otherwise specified) about 2SK2799.The first one is about its drain-source breakdown voltage which would be min 350V with condition of Id=1mA,Vgs=0V.The second one is about its zero gate voltage drain current which would be max 250 A with condition of Vds= 350V, Vgs= 0V.The third one is about its gate-source leakage current which would be max ±0.1 A with condition of Vgs= ±30V, Vds= 0V.The fourth one is about its forward transconductance which would be min 3.0S and typ 7.6S with condition of Id= 5A, Vds= 10V.The fifth one is about its static drain-source on-state resistance which would be typ 0.3 and max 0.4 with condition of Id= 5A, Vgs= 10V.The sixth one is about its gate threshold voltage which would be min 2.5V and typ 3.0V and 3.5V with condition of Id= 1mA, Vds= 10V.And so on.For more information please contact us.
