      The 30CTQ...Series,this center tap Schottky rectifier series has been optimized for very low reverse leakage at high temperature.Typical applications are in swiching power supplies,converters,freewheeling diodes,and reverse battery protetion.
      The 30CTQ...Series has 7 features.The 1st one is that the proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 175 junction temperature.The 2nd one is about center tap configuration.The 3rd one is about very low forward voltage drop.The 4th one is about high frequency opertion.The 5th one is about high purity and high temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance.The 6th one is about guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.The last one is about the 30CTQ...G is designed and qualified for industrial level.
      The 30CTQ...Series has some absolute maximum ratings.IF(AV) which represents maximum average forward current is 15A per leg and 30A per device under the condition of 50 % duty cycle at TC = 129 and rectangular waveform.IFSM which represents maximum peak one cycle non-repetitive surge current per leg is 850A under the condition of 5 s sine or 3 s rect. pulse following any rated load condition and with rated VRRM applied.IFSM is 275A under the condition of 10 ms sine or 6 ms rect. pulse following any rated load condition and with rated VRRM applied.EAS which represents non-repetitive avalanche energy per leg is 7.50mJ under the condition of TJ = 25 , IAS = 0.50 A and L = 60 mH.IAR which represents repetitive avalanche current per leg is 0.50A under the condition of current decaying linearly to zero in 1s and frequency limited by TJ maximum VA=1.5*VR typical.
