      The 30TPS16PbF SAFEIR series of silicon controlled rectifiers are widely used in medium power switching and phase control applications.The operation can reach 125 junction temperature via the glass passivation technology.They are typically used in input rectification  and these products are mainly used with international rectifier input diodes, switches and output rectifiers which are available in identical package outlines.

Peak One Cycle Non-Repetitive Surge Current) which is 250A on the condition that 10ms sine pulse and rated V_RRM applied but 300A on the condition that 10ms sine pulse and no voltage reapplied.The fourth one is about the V_TM (Max. On-state Voltage Drop) which is 1.3V when @ 20A and T_J = 25.The fifth one is about the r_t (On-state Slope Resistance) which is 12m when T_J = 125.The sixth one is about the V_T(TO) (Threshold Voltage) which is 1.0V when T_J = 125.The seventh one is about the I_H (Max. Holding Current) which is 100mA when anode supply = 6V, resistive load and initial IT=1A.The eighth one is about the I_L (Max. Latching Current) which is 200mA when anode supply = 6V, and resistive load.The ninth one is about the dv/dt (Max. Rate of Rise of off-state Voltage) which is 500V/s.The tenth one is about the di/dt (Max. Rate of Rise of turned-on Current ) which is 150 500A/s.
