      The intel3628A is a fully decoded 8192-bit PROM organized as 1024 by 8 bits. The wrost case time of 35 ns is specified over the 0 to 75 temperautre range and 10% V_CC power supply tolerances. There are four chip selects. provided to faciliate expansion into larger PROM arrays. The PROMs use the Schottky calmped TTL technology with polycrystalline silicon fuses. All outputs are initailly high, and logic low levels can be electrically programmed in selected bit locations.
      The 3629A is a super-fast, high-density PROM. This 8192-bits PROM uses the most advanced techonology available . As a result , the 3628A combines higher performance and lower power in a smaller die than the 3628. The 3628A is packaged in a hermetic 24-pin dual in-line package with the exact pin configuration ad the 3628.
     Then, there are some absolute maximum ratings about it. Temperature under bias is from -65 to 125 . Stroage temperature is from -65 to 160 . output or supply voltage is -0.5V to 7 V. All input voltage is -1.5V to 5.5 V. Output currents is 100 mA.
      At last , there are some D.C.characteristics about it. Address input load current is -0.05 mA typ and -0.25 mA when V_CC is 5.5 V and V_A is 0.45 V. Chip select input is -0.05 mA and -0.25 mA when V_CC is 5.5 V and V_A is 0.45 V. Address input clamp voltage is -0.9V typ and -1.5 V max when the V_CC is 4.5 V , I_A is -10 mA.
