38-01/Y3C-ARTC

      The 38-01/Y3C-ARTC is designed as 3mm power LED to allow the light designer to reduce the number of LEDs required and provide a more uniform and unique illuminated appearance than with other LED solutions. This is possible through the efficient optical package design and high-current capabilities.Typical applications included automotive lighting, electronic signs and signals, channel letter and special lighting application.
      38-01/Y3C-ARTC has six features.The first one is that it would have high flux output.The second one is that it is designed for high current operation.The third one is that it would have low thermal resistance.The fourth one is that it would have low profile.The fifth one is that it would be packaged in tubes for use with automatic insertion equipment.The last one is that the product itself will remain within RoHS compliant version.That are all the features.
      Some absolute maximum ratings (Ta=25) of 38-01/Y3C-ARTC have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its continuous forward current which would be 70 mA.The second one is about its peak forward current(Duty 1/10 @ 1KHZ) which would be 200 mA.The third one is about its operating temperature which would be from -40 to +100 .The fourth one is about its storage temperature which would be from -40 to +100 .The fifth one is about its soldering temperature(T=5 sec) which would be from 260 ± 5 .The sixth one is about its LED junction temperature which would be 125 .The seventh one is about its power dissipation which would be 220 mW.The eighth one is about its electrostatic discharge which would be 2000 V.The last one is about its reverse voltage which would be 5 V.
      Also there are some electro-optical characteristics (Ta=25) about 38-01/Y3C-ARTC.For example its total flux would be min 4500mlm and typ 6400mlm and max 9000mlm with condition of If=70mA.And its viewing angle would be typ 35 deg with condition of If=70mA.The peak wavelength would be typ 594 nm with condition of If=70mA.And so on.For more information please contact us.
