3817 is a 1 : 1 line matching transformer and it has four unique features. The first one is low profile.The second one is conforming to FCC part 68 and CS 03 regulations. The third one is low bridging and insertion losses. And the last one is low cost. It is applyed to interfacing of telecommunications equipment to 600W or 900W lines.
3817 has some electrical performance as follows when terminated with 600 W impedances. Frequency Response is ± 0.5 dB( 100 Hz - 20 KHz).Insertion Loss is 1.4 dB typ. @ (1000 Hz). Longitudinal Balance is bigger than 60 dB (200Hz - 4000 Hz).Return Loss is bigger than 15 dB (200Hz - 4000 Hz). Dielectric Strength is 1500 Vrms (winding to winding and windings to core).
