      The 40CPQ050PbF center tap schottky rectifier is designed to be optimized for very low forward voltage drop, with moderate leakage.It would be reliable for operation up to 150° C junction temperature with help of the proprietary barrier technology. Typical applications of the 40CPQ050PbF are in switching power supplies, converters,free-wheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.
      40CPQ050PbF has seven features.The first one is that it would have 150° C TJ operation.The second one is that it would have center tap TO-247 package.The third one is that 40CPQ050PbF would have high purity, high temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance.The fourth one is that it would have very low forward voltage drop.The fifth one is that 40CPQ050PbF would have high frequency operation.The sixth one is that it would have guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.The last one is that 40CPQ050PbF would be Lead-Free ("PbF" suffix).That are all the features.
