The 40CTQ045PbF center tap schottky rectifier is designed to be optimized for very low forward voltage drop, with moderate leakage.It would be reliable for operation up to 150° C junction temperature with the help of the proprietary barrier technology. The typical applications of the 40CTQ045PbF are in switching power supplies, converters, free-wheeling diodes,and reverse battery protection.
The 40CTQ045PbF has seven features.The first one is that it would have 150° C TJ operation.The second one is that the 40CTQ045PbF would have center tap configuration.The third one is that it would have very low forward voltage drop.The fourth one is that the 40CTQ045PbF would have high purity, high temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance.The fifth one is that it would have high frequency operation.The sixth one is that it would have guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.The last one is that the 40CTQ045PbF would be lead-free ("PbF" suffix).That are all the features.
