      The 40CTQ045SPbF center tap schottky rectifier is designed to be optimized for very low forward voltage drop, with moderate leakage.It would be reliable for operation up to 150 °C junction temperature with help of the proprietary barrier technology. Typical applications of the 40CTQ045SPbF are in switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes,and reverse battery protection.
      40CTQ045SPbF has eight freatures.The first one is that it would have 150 °C TJ operation.The second one is that it would have center tap configuration.The third one is that it would have very low forward voltage drop.The fourth one is that 40CTQ045SPbF would have high frequency operation.The fifth one is that it would have high purity, high temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance.The sixth one is that 40CTQ045SPbF would have guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.The seventh one is that it would be lead (Pb)-free ("PbF" suffix).The last one is that 40CTQ045SPbF would be designed and qualified for Q101 level.That are all the features.
