The 40CTQ150PbF center tap schottky rectifier is designed to be optimized for very low forward voltage drop, with moderate leakage.It would be reliable for operation up to 175° C junction temperature with help of the proprietary barrier technology. Typical applications of the 40CTQ150PbF are in switching power supplies, converters,free-wheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.
