      The 40EPS16PbF rectifier SAFEIR series is designed to be optimized for very low forward voltage drop,with moderate leakage.It would be reliable for operation up to 150° C junction temperature with the help of glass passivation technology. 40EPS16PbF's typical applications are in input rectification and these products are designed to be used with international rectifier switches and output rectifiers which are available in identical package outlines.
